DELIVERY POLICY
Next day delivery anywhere in Great Britain and Northern Island provided orders are received by us before 17:00pm.
Please note that a few special products require a slightly longer delivery time. 

 

DELIVERY CHARGES
For orders to the value of £35 and over delivery is free of charge.
Orders under the value of £35 delivery cost will be £6.95

 

RETURNS POLICY
Please notify us within 7 days should you wish to return any item(s) we have supplied with the following information:

  • Delivery Note Number
  • Product Code
  • Reason For Returning
  • Any Special Returns Requests

 

BACKORDERS
Any item that is out of stock when ordered will be placed on backorder. We will endeavor to delivery the item(s) to you as soon as they are back in stock.
If the delivery date is unacceptable please contact us to cancel or order an alternative product.

 

SHORTAGES
All shortages must be reported immediately so stocks can be checked and the issue resolved.
